Bhairati Basavaraj bail fate decision today – Belo.. Jail?

Bangalore: The fate of BJP MLA Bhairati Basavaraj will be decided today in connection with the barbaric murder case of rowdy-sheeter Bikla Shiva. The hearing of the anticipatory bail application filed by Bhairati Basavaraj, who is absconding due to fear of arrest, will be held today in the Special People’s Court.

CID is all set to file objections to Bhairati Basavaraj’s anticipatory bail application. The CID police will inform the court about the role of MLA Bhairati Patra and other accused in the murder case. The CID police will also provide information about the statements of the accused and have prepared to file an objection citing the evidence collected against Bhairati. Anticipatory bail application will be heard after submission of objection by CID and SPP Ashok Naik will argue on behalf of CID.
