Big disappointment for Pavitra; Court refuses to grant interim bail

Renuka Swamy (Renukaswamy ) Pavitra Gowda who is A1 in the murder case is trying hard to get bail. But, it is not possible. Pavitra requested in the court that interim bail should be granted to her daughter now that her examination is approaching. However, the court rejected this plea. Due to this, it is necessary to continue the imprisonment.

Pavithra Gowda was a close friend of Darshan. It is mentioned in the chargesheet that both were in a live-in relationship. Pavitra was molested by Renukaswamy of Chitradurga. Darshan also heard this matter. Thus, he was called to Bangalore and was assaulted and killed in a shed in Pattanagere. It is alleged that Pavitra Gowda and Darshan were also present at the spot and assaulted.

Pavithra Gowda is accused A1 in this case. Darshan is A2. Pavitra has only daughter. Her exam is approaching. Therefore, the court requested to grant bail within 25 days. However, this was rejected by the court. The 57th CCH Court of Bangalore refused to grant bail to Pavitra.

Earlier, Pavitra had demanded home food. He said that the jail food is causing health problems. There was an opportunity for this for a few days. It was later cancelled.
