Mysore: A cylinder exploded while filling a balloon with helium near the Mysore Palace, and now this blast case has got a big twist. Suspiciousness has been raised around the death of Salim, a businessman from Uttar Pradesh, and an investigation is underway to determine whether the explosion was accidental or premeditated.
Salim, who died in the balloon, was living in Sharif Lodge on the road of Lashkar Mohalla, Mysore. The deceased Salim had been staying in Sharif Lodge for 15 days. When he came to Mysore, Salim, who was going on business in this lodge, was visiting tourist spots regularly. Mysore Palace, Devaraja Arasu Road, K.R. Circle, Jaganmohan Palace, roamed around the zoo. Deceased Salim used to leave the lodge in the morning and join the lodge late at night.

Four people had come to Mysore from Uttar Pradesh to sell balloons, after the explosion the rest who had come with Salim suddenly disappeared. Now many doubts have increased due to the sudden disappearance of the others. The police found a QR code of Shalu Singh’s name in Sharif Lodge, and currently 3 bicycles used to sell balloons are parked in front of Sharif Lodge. Mysore Police has uploaded CCTV footage of the lodge. Police have made tight security around Sharif Lodge.


NIA Entry in Mysore Palace Blast Case?
The NIA team is likely to investigate the explosion case and the Helium gas cylinder explosion will be investigated in many dimensions. How many days Salim was selling balloons in Mysore? How did it explode within a few moments of Salim’s arrival at the palace? An investigation will be conducted as to whether the explosion was accidental or premeditated. Helium gas cylinder explosion has raised many doubts.
