CA site lease renovation fee – Btv Kannada

Bangalore: The BDA has announced that the interest imposed by the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) will be completely cleared by various associations with various organizations obtained by the CA-Site (CA site).

The renovation of CA sites is mandatory every thirty years. There are more than 1600 CA sites in the BDA range, of which more than 250 are pending. BDA President N.A. Harris said at a news conference on Friday.

Some of the organizations, which have been accommodated by the BDA, are at a loss. As such, they are unable to pay the renewal amount. If the state government pays a fee for the location of the CA site and the guidelines, the interest of 18 per cent will be completely waived. This is just one time action and is given 120 days. CA residents who are pending under this scheme should benefit from this, ”said NA. Harris has appealed.
