Captain who won IPL title before playing T20 International

The first edition of the IPL was played in 2008, which was named by Rajasthan Royals (RR).

RR was captained by Shane Warne and under his leadership RR defeated Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the final.

In the title match, CSK scored 163/5 while batting first and RR’s team achieved the target in the last ball.

Interestingly, Warne did not play any T20 International.
