Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said- “Efforts are being made to ensure that Kanwadis coming to Haridwar should return with good experience. There have been incidents of ‘spit jihad’ before during the Kandar Yatra. I have asked the authorities to ensure that such incidents do not happen again.”
