The police, following the trail of the car used in the blast, arrested its original owner Mohammad Salman in Gurugram. During interrogation, Salman disclosed explosive information that he had sold the I-20 car used in the blast to a person from Okhla region of Haryana. It is learned that the car was later sold by a person from Okhla to another person named Devendra from Ambala after Salman. At the initial stage of investigation, the police noticed that the car that exploded I-20 was sold to four persons.
