Disagreement in BJP-JDS alliance.. Deve Gowda Takkar for BYV – announcement of single contest! – Btv Kannada

Bangalore: Former Prime Minister H.D. said that the BJP-JDS alliance is limited only to the Lok Sabha and the Legislative Assembly, and the JDS will contest the local body elections independently. Deve Gowda announced. He spoke about the failures of the party organization and the government.

Gowda asserted that local body elections are very important to sustain the existence of JDS and build the party from the grassroots. JDS will contest alone in areas where it has strength in Zilla Panchayat, Taluk Panchayat and City Corporations. Has good rapport with BJP leaders Narendra Modi and Amit Shah. However, it is not possible to discuss with them the seat allocation for each minor election. He said that the alliance is limited only to the big elections under the NDA framework.

Deve Gowda lashed out at Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s ‘Ahinda’ politics. Who gave reservation to women, Muslims and Nayaka Samaj in local bodies? What is the definition of Ahid? H.D. questioned that. Deve Gowda challenged the CM for an open discussion on internal reservation and budget allocation. He expressed outrage at how the residential schools he started were treated by successive governments and Siddaramaiah when he was deputy chief minister.

Union Minister H.D. Deve Gowda complained that the Congress government was obstructing the projects undertaken by Kumaraswamy for the development of the state. Kumaraswamy is working hard to revive the HMT factory and save the Bhadravati steel factory. However, he expressed regret that the state government was showing disobedience by not providing land and ore.

Gowda, who said that he will continue party organization despite his illness, announced that he will hold a grand convention on January 18 in Bangalore and January 23 in Hassan.

Recalling his 50 years of friendship with Shamanur Sivashankarappa, who passed away recently, Gowda regretted that he was unable to attend Shiva Ganaradhana at Davanagere due to illness and dialysis. He recalled that Shamanur was a close friend from the time he was Public Works Minister.
