People applying online for driving license must first visit the website of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India. There you have to select your state. After this RTO will have to be selected. After clicking on Apply Online, 2 options of Learner and New Driving License will be visible. Of these, you have to click on the Learner License option, fill your information in it and click on the submit button.
