According to the information given by the National Center for Seismology, the intensity of the earthquake that occurred in Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand on Tuesday morning was measured at 3.5 on the Richter scale. This earthquake occurred on Tuesday, January 13 at 7:25 am. The epicenter of the earthquake was within 10 kilometers of the earth’s surface in Bageshwar district. So far, there has been no news of loss of life or property due to this earthquake.

Let us tell you that earlier on Monday, there was an earthquake in India’s neighboring country Pakistan also. This earthquake occurred at 6.25 pm and its intensity was measured at 4 on the Richter scale. The epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of 90 kilometers from the earth. Apart from this, an earthquake of 4.2 magnitude occurred in Afghanistan at 8.48 am on Monday. The epicenter of this earthquake was at a depth of 10 kilometers from the earth.
