To make lentil sambar, first boil the lentil, then heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin, asafoetida and curry leaves. Now add onion, tomato and green chilli and fry. After this add boiled lentils, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mix well. After cooking for some time, serve it with the food of your choice.
Peanut Sambar
To make peanut sambar, first roast the peanuts. Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin, asafoetida and curry leaves. After this add onion, tomato and green chilli and fry. Now add roasted peanuts, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mix well. After cooking for some time, you can eat it with dosa or idli. You will definitely like its taste.
Spinach Sambar
To make spinach sambar, first wash and cut the spinach. Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin, asafoetida and curry leaves. After this add onion, tomato and green chilli and fry. Now add chopped spinach, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mix well. After cooking for some time, serve hot with rice. This green sambar is very beneficial for health.
Onion Sambar
To make onion sambar, first chop the onion finely. Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin, asafoetida and curry leaves. After this add chopped onion, tomato and green chilli and fry. Now add roasted peanuts, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mix well. After cooking for some time, serve hot with rice. Its taste will be slightly different, but excellent.
