Sudarshan has made a special achievement by making a test debut in Leeds.

He became the first Indian player to make a Test debut on this ground after nearly 40 years.

Before him, this opportunity was given to Chandrakant Pandit in 1986, when he made his debut in Leeds Test against England.

Since then, no Indian player had the opportunity to start a Test career at this ground. Sudarshan has broken this rare record.
