Famous Bollywood comedian who surrendered to Tihar Jail

Bollywood comedian Rajpal Yadav (Rajpal Yadav) the Delhi High Court refused to grant him relief. Because of this he has surrendered before Tihar Jail authorities. He arrived at the jail at four o’clock on Thursday (January 5). The authorities have since conducted their process. He is now in jail.

Murali Projects Private Limited had filed a case against Rajpal. The complaint mentioned that the check given by the actor and his wife bounced. In 2018, the Magistrate Court declared Rajpal Yadav and his wife guilty in this check bounce case. In 2019, the Sessions Court upheld this order.

In 2019, Rajpal Yadav questioned this case in Delhi Court. The High Court granted temporary relief to the actor in 2024 as he said that he was looking for a way to settle. However, the actor has not returned the money till now. Thus, the court has issued an order in this regard. In addition, Rajpal’s lawyer said that he would try to settle the money if given a few weeks. However, the High Court rejected this. The court had instructed to surrender within four hours on Wednesday.

“Don’t expect this court to give special treatment to any person just because he belongs to a particular background or industry. The court said that it is unacceptable if the same mistake is being made continuously.
