Financial fraud charges: Actor Mahesh Babu notice

Mahesh Babu was the Ambassador of the real estate company named Sai Surya Developers. Sai Surya Developers used Mahesh Babu’s image to sell some unauthorized places to customers. Sai Surya Developers has sold to customers with no proper documentation and provisions, as Mahesh Babu has used the image of the layout.

The Sai Surya Developers, who lay out in Balapur village near Hyderabad, sold several sites per site for several customers. But it was too late that the layout sold by Sai Surya Developers was not in existence. As customers have stated, Sai Surya Developers have prepared the brochures for the layout and offered to the customers. Mahesh Babu’s pictures were also in the brochures.

Complaints have been lodged in some cases, including the Consumer Forum and ED. As it is known from the ED investigation, Mahesh Babu has been paid Rs 5.90 crore by Sai Surya Developers. Now, ED Mahesh Babu has issued a notice and Mahesh Babu, who is busy shooting, said he would attend the hearing in the next few days.
