In the wake of the increase in heart attacks in the state, the government has instructed a panel of experts to study. The study was conducted by a team of 12 members, led by the Director of the Heart Related Issues in Bangalore, and the study was conducted on 250 people who received the Kovid vaccine. There were 12 people under the age of 30, 61 to 40, and 172 from 41 to 45. The report has been investigated and prepared before Covid and after Kovid.

Diabetes, which was 13.9% before the report, rose to 20.5% after Covid. Hypertension was 13.9% before the Coweed, which increased to 17.6% after the Coweed. What is the report summary?
* A panel of experts created by the Government of Karnataka highlights the increasing public health challenge caused by the increase in sudden cardiovascular events among young adults.

* Traditional risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia and smoking
Although most of the patients are prevalent, significant minority patients have no of these.

* The observation study at Jayadeva Hospital has not found any relationship between premature cardiovascular disease and Kovid 19 infection or the previous history of Kovid vaccination

* Further studies/reports published in the rest of the world have not found any occasional relationship between Kovid vaccination and sudden cardiovascular events. In contrast, the Kovid vaccination has been shown to be defensive against cardiovascular events in the long run.

* There is no single reason for the increase in sudden deaths. Instead, it is a multi-factor problem with behavioral, hereditary and environmental hazards.

* Three years have passed since the epidemic ended. Current data does not support the belief that “chronic kovid” is responsible for the increase in sudden cardiovascular events in young people. Instead, the increase in the spread of common risk factors (eg, HD, DM, smoking, dyslipidemia) that lead to CVD is a good explanation for the increase in sudden cardiovascular events.

In the light of these findings, a multifaceted public health strategy is essential. This includes sudden heart deaths, especially for young adults, establishing a firm surveillance system, implementing autopsy -based registration, and combining early cardiovascular inspection at the school level. Large, expected, multi -centered studies are needed to best describe the effects of chronic cardiovascular effects of both Kovid 19 infection and vaccination.
