Who is eligible for Ayushman card?
The Ayushman card is issued to all the families under the Socio-Economic Caste Census 2011 (SECC 2011). To get Ayushman card, you will first have to check the eligibility by visiting the official website of PMJAY. For this, click on the ‘MI Eligible’ link in the menu and enter your mobile number and log in from OTP. Search your name, mobile number, ration card or name of a family member here. If your name is seen in the list, then you are eligible for it. You can apply after checking this.
This is how you can apply
To apply, first of all log in from the mobile number on the government website Beneficiary.nha.gov.in. After this, verify from OTP. On opening the benefits of the benefits, you have to search the name of the scheme- PMJAY, State, Sub Scheme (PMJAY), district and Aadhaar numbers. Here you will see the names of family members. In front of the name you have to click on the action button. Now complete E-KYC by selecting Aadhaar OTP from Aadhaar number.

After Aadhaar verification, your matching score is more than 80 percent, so your Ayushman card has been approved. Now you have to upload the photo in the option containing the capture photo. After this, a new form will open, in which after filling all the information, click on the submit button. If you are eligible to make Ayushman card, then you can apply with Aadhaar card, ration card and photo at the nearest Common Service Center (CSC) or Ayushman Center.
