RSS focused on 20 lakh youth

The Sangh and its affiliate organizations in Bihar had focused on about 20 lakh youth. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh played a big role in attracting new voters along with grassroots level voters to the polling booth. RSS was repeatedly reiterating that there should be 100 percent voting, a large participation of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad workers was seen in the 100 percent campaign. The result of which was that there has been a huge increase in the voting percentage in both the phases of elections in Bihar.

ABVP has already started election preparations

According to the information received from Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad of Sangh Parivar had started preparations for the elections even before the announcement of the elections. Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad workers met in each assembly constituency, campus ambassadors, youth clubs etc. were prepared and emphasis was laid on contacting new voters.

15 to 20 workers were employed in every village

According to information received from reliable sources, the volunteers of the Sangh and its associate organizations used to go door-to-door and hold meetings at the booth level and understand the people. The Sangh and its affiliated organizations worked to remove the confusion that existed among the people regarding NDA and converted them in favor of NDA. The entire focus of the Sangh and its affiliated organizations was on rural areas. In every village, 15 to 20 workers were engaged in work, collecting feedback from the people, based on the feedback, the election strategy in those areas was being decided accordingly.

Bihar assembly election result

The ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) retained power in Bihar by winning 202 seats in the 243-member assembly. In NDA, BJP got 89 seats, JDU got 85, LJP (RV) got 19, HAM (S) got 5, RLM got 4 seats. At the same time, in the Grand Alliance, RJD got 25 seats, Congress 6, CPI (ML) Liberation 2 and CPI(M) 1 seat i.e. a total of 34 seats. AIMIM has got 5 seats, BSP 1 and IIP 1 seat.
