India condemned the attack on Kabul hospital, gave a big statement in the name of Pakistan

New Delhi: India has strongly condemned the airstrike carried out by Pakistan on Monday night on Omid Addiction Treatment Hospital in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. At least 400 people are reported to have died in this attack. The Foreign Ministry described the attack as ‘barbaric’ and ‘cowardly’. The MEA said the attack was completely unacceptable as a hospital could not be a military target under any circumstances. Pakistan has described the massacre as a military action and said that it did not target any civilian area.

India condemned Pakistan’s attack

The statement of the Indian Ministry of External Affairs clearly states, ‘India unequivocally condemns the barbaric airstrike carried out by Pakistan on the Omid Addiction Treatment Hospital in Kabul on the night of 16 March. This is a cowardly and unimaginable act of violence that has taken the lives of a large number of civilians at a place that can in no way be called a military target. Pakistan is now trying to turn this massacre into a military operation.

‘Those guilty of this crime should be held accountable’

The Foreign Ministry further said, ‘The international community must hold the perpetrators of this crime accountable and ensure that incidents of Pakistan targeting civilians in Afghanistan stop immediately. India expresses its deepest condolences to the bereaved families, wishes speedy recovery to the injured and expresses solidarity with the people of Afghanistan at this tragic time. We also reiterate our unwavering support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Afghanistan.

A large part of the hospital was destroyed in the attack

Let us tell you that the Afghan government has said that the death toll in the de-addiction center of Kabul has increased to 400 due to Pakistan’s air attack. He said that a large part of the hospital has been destroyed by the attack. There are also reports of at least 250 people being injured in these attacks. The Afghan government said rescue teams were working to control the fire and recover bodies. At the same time, Pakistan denied these allegations and claimed that its attacks in Kabul and eastern Afghanistan did not target any civilian area.
