Kalaburagi: BJP worker commits suicide by setting herself on fire!

Kalaburagi: A BJP worker committed suicide by pouring petrol and setting herself on fire in Kalaburagi. Jyoti Patil (35), a resident of Brahmapura barangay, died unfortunately.

The incident took place last night near Nandikur village of Kalaburagi taluk, when Jyoti Patil had gone to the house of Mallinath Biradar, a BJP worker of the same village. Mallinath was not in the house at that time, only his wife and three children were there, Jyoti knocked on the door of the house and immediately after opening the door, poured petrol on himself and set himself on fire.

The police have visited the place of occurrence and conducted an investigation. A case has been registered in this regard at Farhatabad Police Station.
