Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan are two superstar actors of Indian cinema. They entered the film industry almost together and have been experiencing stardom for decades. Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan starrer movie will be directed by ‘Jailor’ fame director Nelson. The movie is currently tentatively titled as ‘KH-RK’ and a fun promo has also been released to announce the movie. This promo video is so funny that the highlight here is the confusion of director Nelson Dilipkumar and music director Anirudh rather than the story of the movie.

At the beginning of the video, Nelson is walking around the corridor asking, ‘Whose room should I go to first? Rajini sir Rumi or Kamal sir Rumi?’ They are scratching their heads. Meanwhile, music director Anirudh Ravichander made an entry and said, “Teachers, which tune should we select?” That throws another confusion. Both the legendary actors strut their stuff in full retro style, leather jackets. In the vintage Mercedes car, Kamal Haasan sits in the driving seat, while Rajini sits in the side seat. In his back seat are Nelson and Anirudh. At this time, both of them seriously looked at Nelson and asked, ‘By the way, who is the hero of this movie between us?’ He asks. Nelson is further shocked by this question of the two star actors.

Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan acted in seven movies together. Rajinikanth’s first movie ‘Apoorragangal’ starred Kamal Haasan. After that, ‘Mudru Mudicchu’, ‘Hourgal’, ‘Padinaru Vayathinile’, ‘Ilamai Oonjil Aadukirathu’, ‘Ninnaitale Inikkum’ and ‘Allauddin Albutha Vilakkum’ released in 1979 was the last movie Kamal and Rajinikanth acted together. After that these two never acted together and now after 47 years they are acting together again. Kamal Haasan himself is investing in this movie.
