Karnataka: A man named Hanumant fell under the circle of fire prepared for Muharram, died

Raichur: A shocking case has come to light from Raichur district of Karnataka. A 40 -year -old man fell and died in the fire prepared for Muharram in Yarguunti village here. The person has been identified as Hanumant. In fact, as soon as this incident happened, the injured were taken to Lingasugur government hospital, but he could not escape and was declared dead. This information has been given by the Lingasugur police.

Accident also occurred in Darbhanga, Bihar

A painful accident occurred on the occasion of Muharram in Darbhanga district of Bihar. During the procession of Muharram here, the current ran into it after the Tajiya collided with the high tension wire. A total of 24 people have been injured in this accident. At the same time, a person also died.

Why is Muharram celebrated?

Muharram is celebrated by the Shia community of the religion of Islam in memory of the martyrdom of Imam Hussain Ibn Ali, who was the grandson of Prophet Muhammad. It is particularly important on the tenth day (Ashura) of the first month of the Islamic calendar, Muharram.

In 680 AD of Imam Hussain and his 72 companions, Yazid’s army was martyred in Karbala (modern Iraq). The incident symbolizes sacrifice, struggle against injustice and protecting truth for Shia Muslims.

During Muharram, the Shia community celebrates mourning (mourning), in which processions, Majlis (religious meetings), and fresh are extracted. Some people fast and do charity. Sunni Muslims also honor Muharram, but it is not an opportunity for them to be as deep. In addition, on the tenth date (Ashura) of Muharram, some Muslims also fast in memory of Hazrat Musa.
