Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has asked ministers to resolve complaints at the grassroots level.

What is the news?

Ministers and officials in Uttar Pradesh are not paying attention to the complaints of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and BJP officials. This has been revealed from the feedback received during the organizational coordination meetings held in 6 areas. During this, workers and officials have exposed the wide gap between the government and the party. After this, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed the ministers to give priority to the complaints of the workers and restore accountability at the grassroots level.

No hearing even about electricity and water

According to media reports, the activists told in the meeting that even basic things like repair of local roads, electricity connection or water supply are not being heard. Responding to the leadership, a party official said, “People come to us with their problems, but we are not able to get even small tasks done. We have to run from one office to another.” Officials said that the police department also threatens by not paying attention to the complaints.

Chief Minister asked ministers to increase regular visits

Following the complaints, Chief Minister Yogi has asked the district in-charge ministers to visit regularly, talk directly to the workers at the district, sector and block level and ensure resolution of the complaints. The Chief Minister told the ministers that there should be no delay in resolving the issues raised by the workers and wherever negligence is found, accountability should be fixed. He has also given clear instructions to the district officials to take immediate action on the complaints.
