Muda Site Illegal Case – Btv Kannada

Bangalore: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has seized property worth Rs 100 crore in connection with the Muda site illegal scam.

Bangalore ED officials have tweeted about this. So far, 92 assets have been confiscated in connection with the illegality of Muda. Under the PMLA (Illegal Money Transfer Prevention Act, 2002), 92 sites belonging to CM Siddaramaiah’s wife and others have been confiscated.

Earlier in the Muda scandal, ED 162 had confiscated the site. The market value of 162 sites is Rs 300 crore. The market value of 92 sites is now Rs 100 crore. The ED has informed that a total of Rs 400 crore has been confiscated so far.
