Therefore, the Special Cell has registered an FIR under sections of criminal conspiracy and the scope of investigation is focused on America, Canada, Germany and Australia.

Controversy continues regarding former Army Chief General MM Naravane’s autobiography ‘Four Stars of Destiny’. Amidst this controversy, the Special Cell of Delhi Police has started an international investigation into its alleged leak. According to sources, investigation has revealed that the book had reached the global digital markets even before getting the mandatory approval from the Defense Ministry. On Tuesday, Delhi Police had registered an FIR on charges of criminal conspiracy in connection with the leak of this book and how an unpublished book reached Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
