Nikhil Sosale Application Inquiry

Bangalore: RCB Marketing chief Nikhil Sosale has arrested four persons in connection with the death of 11 fans in the triumph of the RCB triumph at Chinnaswamy Stadium. Nikhil Sosale, Sunil Mathew, Kiran Kumar and Shamant Mavinakere had filed a petition in the High Court challenging their arrest.

Nikhil Sosale’s application is being heard today at the High Court Justice Krishnakumar. AG Shashikiran Shetty has argued on behalf of the state government. Today, the argument is over and the High Court will issue an interim verdict tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 pm.
