No party work, why go to office – GT Deve Gowda!

Bangalore: Behind all party leaders there are swindlers. Accordingly, JDS senior MLA G. T. Deve Gowda expressed displeasure that our party (JDS) also has sycophants and those who formed the party will not get suitable status due to such gossip.

GT Deve Gowda spoke about this in Bangalore and said that he has built the party for tens of years and worked from the grassroots level. I am hurt by the behavior of JDS leaders. There is resentment against them. But, I am in JDS. I will be there in the future. Hard working party will not leave. I have been dropped from the JDS party committee. I am not in any committee. So I have no job in the party office. No need to go there. He said that I will work for the people in my field.

I had no desire to become the leader of the JDS legislative party. My name was dropped without saying anything. This made me sad. HD Kumaraswamy has not yet clarified why my name was dropped. Since then, I am mine and they are theirs. Those who worked for the party are not wanted. G. T. Deve Gowda said that those who speak chadi instead become dear to them.

Party program was organized in Pandavapur after HD Kumaraswamy became Union Minister. On the stage, Nikhil Kumaraswamy had implicitly said, ‘You are the leader of the legislative party’. This saying prevailed in the opposing Congress camp as well. D.K. Shivakumar had raised this issue in the Cauvery Irrigation meeting held on the same day. I told him how to become a leader without being officially announced. I also started a new office because Nikhil was told implicitly. However, he announced someone else as the leader of the legislature party without giving any reason. GT Deve Gowda said that it hurt a lot.
