Petition for divorce: What are the demands of Vijay’s wife?

Tamil Nadu star actor Thalapathy Vijay’s wife has filed for divorce. Vijay has formed a political party and is gearing up for elections. At the same time, Vijay’s wife has filed for divorce, which has given Vijay a small setback politically. Sangeetha, who has filed for divorce, has placed huge demands on Vijay. Vijay owes a huge amount to his wife for divorce.

The application for divorce was filed in December last year. As explained in the application, Sangeeta said that her husband Vijay was having an affair with an actress, and Sangeeta came to know about that information in 2021. Considering the reason of having an extra-marital affair with her husband, they have demanded a divorce from her, along with alimony and other demands.

Vijay’s wife has demanded that he should be given sufficient maintenance for the maintenance of his life and that of his children. They have requested that alimony should be fixed considering their current social status. Also, they have asked that they should be allowed to settle in their present house till the divorce process is completed. In addition, he has also requested the court to make a provident fund for the future of his son and daughter (education, marriage etc.).

Vijay and Sangeetha got married in 1999. They have one son and one daughter. The son is already all set to enter the Tamil film industry as a director. Now wife Sangeeta has decided to end their marriage of 27 years. Earlier there were rumors about Vijay being in a relationship with an actress. Vijay is said to be in a relationship with actress Trisha.
