A Bolivian Air Force plane crashed in the city of El Alto, located near La Paz, the capital of Bolivia. At least 15 people died and 30 others were injured in this accident. The plane had taken off from the city of Santa Cruz. The exact cause of the accident is not yet known, but it is believed that bad weather caused the accident.
