Today we are starting a new chapter of the Vikas UP, Vikas Bharat campaign.

‘There are two reasons for my happiness today’

On the occasion of the inauguration of the airport, PM Modi said, “Today, the largest state of the country has become one of the states with the highest number of international airports in the country. There are two reasons for happiness for me today. One is that you all gave me the privilege of laying the foundation stone of this airport. And you all also gave me the privilege of inaugurating this airport, but I shared that good fortune with you. Secondly, the Uttar Pradesh which chose me as its representative, the Uttar Pradesh which made me an MP, with its recognition, that Uttar Pradesh The name of this grand airport will also be associated with its identity.

The country facing the West Asia crisis with full force

Regarding the ongoing conflict in West Asia, PM Modi said, “You all are seeing how worried the whole world is today. There is a war going on in West Asia for a month. There is a crisis all around in many countries regarding food items, petrol, diesel, gas, fertiliser, many such essential things. Our India is fighting this crisis with full force. It is relying on the strength of the countrymen. India imports huge quantities of crude oil and gas from the areas affected by this war. That’s why the government is taking every step so that the burden of this crisis does not fall on our farmer brothers and sisters. Even in this time of crisis, our Jewar airport is connecting the entire North India with the world.

‘SP people had turned Noida into an ATM for loot’

Targeting the Samajwadi Party, PM Modi said, “Earlier the SP people had made Noida an ATM of their loot, but today under the BJP government, the same Noida is becoming a powerful engine of development of UP. This airport of Jewar is a very good example of the working culture of the double engine government. This airport was approved in the file by Vajpayee ji’s government in 2003 itself. There would be many people among you who might not have been born in 2003, but not the airport. Congress and the previous governments here did not even allow the foundation of this airport to be laid. From 2004 to 2014, the SP government did not allow it to be built. But as soon as the BJP NDA government was formed here, the construction of the airport was also done. Is.”

‘Noida was left to superstition’

On the ongoing superstition regarding going to Noida, PM Modi said, “Noida was earlier left to its own fate due to superstition. The earlier rulers were afraid of coming here due to the fear of losing the chair. I remember there was SP government here and I made a program to come to Noida. So the Chief Minister was so scared that he did not come to that program and people tried to dissuade me from coming. People tried to tell me not to go to Noida. Modi ji has just become the Prime Minister. I said, bless this earth. I am going to take it which will give me a chance to serve for a long time. Now the same area is ready to welcome the whole world.”

‘Airport is not just an ordinary facility’

Regarding air travel of common people, PM Modi said, “Airports are not just a common facility in any country. These airports also give flight to progress. Before the year 2014, there were only 74 airports in the country and today there are more than 160 airports. Now apart from the metros, air connectivity is reaching even small towns of the country. Earlier governments believed that air travel should be only for the rich, but the BJP government has also made it available for common Indians. Air travel has been made easier by more than 1.60 crore people in the last few years. Recently, the Central Government has given approval to 100 new airports and 200 new helipads in small cities.

‘A crisis causing trouble all over the world’

Regarding the discussion with the Chief Ministers, PM Modi said, “I have also explained in detail in the Parliament about how to face the crisis arising out of the war that is going on now. I had a long discussion with all the Chief Ministers of the country yesterday and it was a very positive discussion. Today I will tell you all again to the public. I will tell the countrymen again. We have to face the crisis together with calm mind, patience and solidarity. This is a problem in the whole world. We have to worry about our country the most and this is the biggest strength of us Indians.

PM appealed to all parties

Appealing to all political parties, PM Modi said, “I want to urge all the political parties of Uttar Pradesh and the country to avoid saying such things which are harmful for the country in such a crisis. Whatever is in the favor of Indians, whatever is in the interest of India, is the policy and strategy of the Government of India. Those who make wrong statements for the sake of politics will get some numbers in political debates, but the people of the country never forgive the actions which harm the country. Even during the great crisis of Corona. Some people spread rumors to make the government’s work difficult, what happened? The public rejected such politics. I am sure that all the political parties of the country will also learn a lesson from this and will give strength to the united efforts of the country.
