Mann Ki Baat Live: The 131st episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Mann Ki Baat program is being broadcast today (Sunday). This is a monthly radio program. PM Modi directly connects with crores of people living in the country through Mann Ki Baat. Tell them what’s on your mind. In the Mann Ki Baat program, PM Modi said that ‘Mann Ki Baat’ is a strong platform to highlight the achievements of the country and its countrymen. The country saw a similar achievement during the Global Al Impact Summit held in Delhi recently. Leaders from several countries, industry leaders, innovators and people from the start-up sector gathered at the Bharat Mandapam for the Al Impact Summit. This summit has proved to be a turning point in how the world will use the power of AI in the coming times.

World leaders impressed at AI Summit

PM Modi said, ‘I also got the opportunity to meet World Leaders and Tech CEOs in the summit. I showed a lot of things to the world leaders in the exhibition of AI summit. I would like to mention two things in particular. These two products greatly impressed leaders around the world at the summit. The first product was on Amul’s booth. It explained how AI is helping us in treating animals and how farmers keep track of their dairy and animals with the help of 24×7 AI assistance.

Manuscripts are becoming readable through AI

He further said, ‘The second product was related to our culture. Leaders around the world were amazed to see how with the help of AI we are preserving our ancient texts, our ancient knowledge, our manuscripts, and adapting them to today’s generation. Sushruta Samhita was selected for display during the exhibition. In the first step, it was shown how with the help of technology we are improving the image quality of manuscripts and making them readable. In the second step this image was converted into machine readable text.

Praise for players of Indian origin playing in other teams

Prime Minister Modi said, ‘I often say that whoever plays, blossoms, sports also connects us. Nowadays you must be watching the T-20 World Cup matches and I am sure that while watching the match, many times your eyes would be fixed on a particular player. Jersey belongs to some other country but after hearing the name one feels that it is from our country. Then there is a slight happiness in some corner of the heart because that player is of Indian origin and he is playing for the country where his family has settled.

PM Modi mentioned Alin Sherin Abraham

He further said, ‘There can be no greater sorrow for any parent than losing their child. The pain of losing a small child is even deeper. Just a few days ago we have lost a little innocent girl from Kerala, Alin Sherin Abraham. She left this world in just 10 months. Imagine he had his whole life in front of him, which suddenly ended. So many dreams and happiness remained unfulfilled. The pain his parents must be going through cannot be expressed in words.

Parents praised for daughter’s organ donation

The Prime Minister said that even amidst such deep pain, Alin’s father Arun Abraham and mother Sherin took a decision which has filled the heart of every countryman with respect for them. They decided to donate Aalin’s organs. This one decision shows how big his thinking is and how big his personality is. On one hand, he was immersed in grief over the loss of his daughter, on the other hand, he was also filled with the desire to help others. He wanted that no family should have to see such a day.
