Why: The Tejhar district of Odisha received torrential rains throughout the day on Saturday. The rain has affected the life of common people. The rain was so strong that water started flowing about 3 feet on the railway track. At the same time, the speed of Vande Bharat train also stopped due to flooding on the railway track. The Vande Bharat Express train going from Tatanagar to Berhampur due to rain was stopped at Guhalidhi station around 7 pm. At the same time, there was a stir among the passengers due to the sudden stop of the train.

Train stood for seven hours

At the same time, the passengers traveling in Vande Bharat train remained stuck in the train for a long time. However, no passenger had any serious trouble, but the weather and waiting made the situation tense. Due to the high flow of water on the railway track, it was unsafe to move the train forward, so it had to stop in the middle. After this, the train was taken to Kendujhargarh station.
