Rajamouli: Where? For what reason?

SS Rajamouli is one of the most influential people in India. But Rajamouli has a complaint about cinemas in India. He has said that he will protest for this reason.

SS Rajamouli, who recently gave an interview to an English media in Hyderabad, shared the fact that he shot the movie ‘Varanasi’ with an IMAX camera. He claimed that he used IMAX because the depth-width and height of the scenes in his movie are very large and IMAX is suitable for capturing them properly.

But there is not a single full length IMAX screen in India to show the movie shot in IMAX. Rajamouli, who is upset about this, said in an interview, ‘There is a need for IMAX screens in India. I will sit in front of the IMAX office to put up big IMAX screens in India too,’ said Rajamouli.

There are IMAX screens in India but no huge IMAX screens with 1.43:1 aspect ratio. All there are in India are 70mm screens. But abroad especially IMAX screens are 100*140 feet wide-length screens. The experience of watching movies on these huge screens is amazing. But in 70 mm screens, the height of the scene is not known. If the scene of a high hill is shown, its head will be cut off. For the same reason, Rajamouli is demanding huge IMAX screens in India as well.
