India Today According to the report, a bench of Punjab and Haryana High Court Chief Justice Sheel Nagu and Justice Sanjeev Beri asked a group of petitioners, “Why are you so sensitive about names?” The court has refused to consider the matter, rejecting the petition seeking a stay on the release of ‘120 Bahadur’. Let us tell you that the petitioners had demanded suspension of the CBFC certificate issued for the film.
This allegation was made in the petition
The petition was filed by a charitable trust representing the Ahir community and the families of 120 martyred soldiers. It is alleged that in the trailer of ‘120 Bahadur’, Major Shaitan Singh has been shown as the sole hero without taking the names of Ahir Company or other martyrs. There were demands to change the title of the film to 120 Veer Ahir, and to include the names of all the soldiers. ‘120 Bahadur’ is releasing on 21st November.
