Site dispute; First stage victory for Yash’s mother Pushpa

Yash’s mother Pushpa had bought a site in Hassan. It was controversial. Lakshmamma is claiming that another site is hers. Pushpa went to court in this matter. Yash’s mother has won the first step in the court. The court has stayed the implementation of the order of the original suit.

The court had given an order in favor of Lakshmamma. Pushpa, who had questioned this, had filed a case saying that ‘the order was made without considering her as a party’. The petitioner has also been restrained from altering the disputed property or its original form till the litigation filed now is settled.
