The Meteorological Department has predicted an increase of about 2 degrees Celsius in the minimum temperature of north-west India on February 10. The Meteorological Department has predicted fluctuations in the temperature of North-West India. At the same time, light rain and snowfall is being seen in some states of North India. Light fog is also occurring at some places.

The Meteorological Department (IMD) said that due to the effect of western disturbance, sporadic rain and snowfall is forecast in the western Himalayan region on February 10 and 11. The weather department has predicted snowfall with light rain in Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh till February 10. During this period, winds can also blow at a speed of 30-40 km per hour.

The Meteorological Department has warned of dense fog in the morning and night at different places in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand during the next 24 hours. Dense fog is also likely in northern Tamil Nadu and coastal Andhra Pradesh in the morning.

The Meteorological Department said that temperatures are being recorded around 10°C in Uttar Pradesh, North Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, North Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Assam and Meghalaya. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains of India was 6.6°C recorded in Shahjahanpur (Western Uttar Pradesh).
