The case of burial of dead bodies in Dharmasthala village – Girish Mattannavar’s application to the High Court seeking cancellation of the case! – Btv Kannada

Bangalore: The case of burying hundreds of dead bodies in Dharamsthala made a lot of noise across the state. Now Girish Mattannavar has filed an application in High Court seeking cancellation of this case.

On October 30, it issued an interim injunction to investigate the case. The restraining order was in force till November 12. After the injunction is final, the High Court will hear the application again today.

The hearing will be held today in the bench of Justice Muhammad Nawaz. Senior advocate Balan will appear for the petitioner Girish Mattanavar. On behalf of the government, SPP B.N. Jagdish will present the argument.
