Bengaluru: A surprising case has come to light in Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka. There was chaos for some time on Sunday near Mekhri Circle of the city. Actually, a passenger in a cab suddenly attacked the driver. When the driver stopped the car, the passenger climbed on top of the car and started behaving strangely. During this, the passenger climbed on the roof of the car and created ruckus for a long time. Local people also made a video of the incident, which has now come to light. According to the information, the youth is said to be mentally ill.

Actually, a passenger named Santosh allegedly attacked his cab driver. After this he boarded the car and started behaving strangely. According to information, Santosh had booked a cab from Mysore to Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport, when he allegedly turned violent midway through the journey. Santosh attacked the cab driver in a moving car. Frightened, the cab driver stopped the car and the passenger climbed onto the roof of the car. This incident took place near Mekhri Circle in Bengaluru city.

The passenger standing on the roof of the car started shouting incoherently. He remained on the roof of the car for a long time and kept creating ruckus. During this time the people present there made a video of the incident. In the video, the man can be seen standing on top of the car and creating ruckus. However, as soon as the information was received, Sadashivnagar police took him into custody. Before this the traffic police tried to control him. Officials confirmed that Santosh had mental health issues. At present, after being taken into custody, he has been sent for medical evaluation.
