The matter has reached the Calcutta High Court. Two petitions each have been filed in the High Court. Hearing is to be held on both the petitions, one from ED and the other from TMC.

What is ED’s allegation against Mamata Banerjee?

ED has accused CM Mamata Banerjee of stealing evidence, while Mamata is accusing ED of stealing TMC’s data at the behest of Amit Shah. They are also going to take out a padyatra in Kolkata against this.

High Court will hear ED’s petition

But the question is, why did Mamata Banerjee come out with the file from ED’s custody? Against this, ED has reached Calcutta High Court, where its petition is to be heard.
