On March 18, the paid premiere shows of the movie were organized in many major cities of the country and it has been a few days since the advance booking of the premiere show tickets was opened. These paid premiere show tickets are selling for a huge amount. Despite the increase in ticket prices, advance bookings are going strong and around 3.50 lakh tickets have been sold so far.
More than 3.50 lakh tickets for the paid premiere of ‘Dhurandhar 2’ have been sold till March 10, and the total value is estimated to be around Rs 20 crore. It is said to be the fastest ticket selling movie of Ranveer Singh’s career. With a week left for the premiere show, there is a strong possibility that this number will double. ‘Dhurandhar 2’ is likely to collect 40 to 50 crores from the paid premiere alone.
Paid premiere show tickets are selling very well in major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Hyderabad. Ticket prices have skyrocketed in Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi too. The maximum ticket price in Mumbai is 3100 rupees. 2200 rupees in Bangalore. Even in Delhi, tickets are being sold for around the same amount. So the movie is getting a huge collection.
