Darshan’s wife Vijayalakshmi (Vijayalaxmi) has declared war against obscene comments coming to him on social media. In this regard, he had filed a complaint at the cyber police station. He also gave the necessary evidence for that. The police investigated the matter and arrested many people. The police have now submitted a charge sheet in this case and some shocking things have come to light.
The CCB Cyber Crime Police has submitted a charge sheet of around 473 pages against the six accused before the 45th ACMM court. The statement of six accused has been recorded in the charge sheet. It has been revealed that some of the accused are fans of actor Sudeep.
Everyone has created fake IDs and commented. It is known that some people had opened fake accounts for the purpose of commenting.
It has been learned that Darshan’s wife, Vijayalakshmi, was targeted by the arrested and posted a photo in a bad way and commented. The accused have confessed that they made the comment knowing that what they were posting was obscene. The mobile phone of the accused has been seized and sent to FSL, the data is retrieved and the police is waiting for the report.
Information about 12 IDs commented is not available. A letter has been written to the companies in this regard and a reply is yet to be received from them. Presently the preliminary charge sheet has been submitted and it has been mentioned that additional charge sheet will be submitted.

As the charge sheet was submitted, the accused submitted bail to the High Court seeking bail. The court adjourned the hearing of the petition to March 24. Six accused have been in jail for 66 days for making the wrong comment.
