Directed by Jeetu Joseph, the film was slated to release on April 2. But now it is said that the release of the movie has been postponed. According to online reports, the film team is planning to release the film in May or June 2026 instead of April.
The ongoing conflict between Israel-America and Iran is affecting the Gulf countries as well, and non-availability of the film’s release is being said to be the main reason for the delay. However, the official information about this is yet to come out. If ‘Drishyam 3’ is postponed, it will benefit the box office earnings of Jayasurya starrer ‘Aadu 3’, Nivin Pauly’s ‘Pratichhaya’ and ‘Waala 2’ which are releasing at the same time.

The story of Georgekutty and his family will continue in the third part as well, with the old cast including Meena, Ansiba Hasan, Esther Anil. Ajay Devgan starrer Hindi ‘Drishyam 3’ is all set to release on October 2. Mohanlal is currently acting in many movies including ‘L366’ and ‘Jailor 2’ directed by Tarun Murthy.
