The trailer of Ranveer Singh starrer ‘Dhurandhar 2’ has just been released. The movie is slated to release on March 19 and will be released not only in Hindi but also in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages. Advance booking of the movie has started from today and advance booking has also started in multiplex and single screen theaters in various cities of the country. Ticket prices have skyrocketed like in Bangalore. It seems that the demand for the movie ‘Dhurandhar 2’ is turning into a profit.
‘Dhurandhar 2’ movie is organizing the premiere show a day earlier i.e. on 18th March, and the ticket prices for this premiere show in Bangalore are very expensive. The tickets are fixed at the indicated price in multiplexes. If one side has 2500 rupees, the other side has 1800 rupees. 1500, 1200 and so on in each multiplex, the prices have been set differently and tickets are being sold at prices four to five times higher than the normal show.
Cinepolis, Gopalan Cinemas, Kino Cinemas and other general multiplexes also have a ticket price of Rs 700. The highest price is the ticket price of a ‘Dhurandhar 2’ movie in the forum’s PVR Director’s Cut which is 2500 rupees. This is the highest price ever charged for a premiere show in Bangalore. Even the premiere show of Vijay starrer ‘Jana Nayagan’ was not so expensive.
In comparison, the ticket price for the movie ‘Dhurandhar 2’ has been kept higher in Bangalore than in Mumbai. Even in Mumbai some multiplexes are overpriced, but there are several multiplexes with lower prices. On average, the ticket prices for ‘Dhurandhar 2’ movie premiere show are higher in Bangalore than in Mumbai. Also, the team of ‘Dhurandhar 2’ has made a solid plan and currently only advance booking of tickets for ‘Dhurandhar 2’ movie 18th March has been released. Advance bookings for March 19 shows are not open.
