But now the movie is facing trouble again. A fight has started between the two producers over the rights of the movie.
Producer Feroze Nadiawala usually comes to mind immediately after ‘Hera Fairy’. But Vijay Kumar Gilani has claimed that he has the rights of the movie. According to him, he legally owns the rights to these images. “I own the rights to the Hera Fairy franchise. Feroze Nadiadwala has no rights to this film. I have gone to court in this matter and the truth will come out soon,’ said Vijay Kumar.
There are reports that producer Feroze Nadiawala has been facing financial difficulties for the past few years. It is said that the rights of some of his films were transferred to someone else due to non-payment of debts. At the same time, the rights of ‘Hera-Fairy’ have been transferred to Vijay Kumar.

Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty and Paresh Rawal’s combination of ‘Hera Fairy 3’ was supposed to start shooting. A promo was also shot. According to some reports, there is also a possibility of an injunction against the release of any new film or content under this name until the rights dispute is settled.
