After the massive success of Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar’, the talk about the sequel of his film is going strong. Released in December 2025, ‘Dhurandhar’ set a record by earning thousands of crores at the box office. Because of this, fans are curious about ‘Dhurandhar 2’. The news that the second part of the film has been censored and some scenes have been cut was doing the rounds on social media. This news created confusion among the fans. But, according to current information, it is said to be fake.

There is a lot of curiosity among the audience about director Aditya Dhar’s film ‘Dhurandhar 2’. The film will release on March 19. Due to this, various rumors and claims are spreading rapidly on social media. Similarly, the film’s censor certificate went viral on social media and many believed it. However, the truth behind this certificate is different. In fact, ‘Dhurandhar 2’ is yet to be sent to the censor board.

The work on the film is not yet complete. Hence, the question of censorship does not arise. It has been clarified that the viral certificate is fake and fans are requested not to believe such rumours.

The certificate that is going viral on social media is fake. People said that ‘Dhurandhar 2’ was given UA 16+ instead of A. According to media reports, the online certificate that is going viral is not of the film’s sequel. The shooting of the film was going on till last week. The first part got an A certificate when it was released, but now some changes have been made to show it on TV.

According to the rules, while showing the film on TV, certain scenes have to be cut and vulgar words have to be muted. It reduced the film’s run-time to 208 minutes while making the TV version and it received a UA 16+ certificate.
