‘We Can’t Even Sleep’; Darshan cries in front of the judge to give blanket

Actor Darshan (Darshan) He lived a life of luxury. They used to put AC in the house, keep the desired temperature and sleep with a thick bed sheet. But, now Renukaswamy is in jail in the murder case. They are not being given any privilege this time like last time. This makes Darshan’s imprisonment difficult. Darshan started crying in the court about this.

Today (November 19) there was a hearing in Darshan’s case. Darshan has appeared in the 57th CCH court of Bangalore through video conference. At this time, he was wearing a blue T-shirt and black track pants. First the attendance of the accused was obtained. A request for time was filed by the counsel for the accused to file objections to the CrPC 294 application.

Accused Nagaraj made a plea to the court. ‘The blanket brought from home is not being given. He said in front of the court that he is not giving extra blanket even though it is very cold. Darshan started talking in English saying ‘we can’t even sleep’.

‘It is very cold. None of us are sleeping at night. Darshan requested the court to give an extra blanket. After this plea, the judge said, ‘Why do they do this despite repeated orders? Shouldn’t we give a blanket when it’s cold?” he asked. The judge instructed the jail authorities to give Darshan a blanket.

Proceed with the inquiry

At present, the court has adjourned the hearing of this case to December 3. Also, the interim bail of accused 14 Pradosh has been extended till November 22. Darshan has rejected all the allegations leveled against him. For this he has to face trial.
