New Delhi: The weather pattern seems to have changed in Delhi-NCR. It has rained in many areas since this morning. In such a situation, the weather has become a little cooler and there is relief from the heat. During this time the clouds are also thundering a lot.

It is noteworthy that the India Meteorological Department (IMD) had already predicted light rain and strong winds in Delhi on March 15. Due to this, ‘Yellow Alert’ was issued in Delhi.

What is the update regarding temperature?

The maximum temperature in Delhi on Saturday was 33.2 degrees. The day started with light rain on Sunday and the Meteorological Department estimates that the minimum temperature on Monday may be 14-16 degrees Celsius and the maximum may be 31-33 degrees Celsius.

It is being said that due to the active Western Disturbance in the hilly areas, there is an atmosphere of rain in Delhi-NCR. The Meteorological Department says that there may be light rain on March 15 and 18 and it is likely to remain cloudy for the next few days.

How will the weather be in Delhi-NCR today?

It is expected to remain cloudy throughout the day in Delhi-NCR today. Light to moderate rain may occur from morning to afternoon. During this period, strong winds can also blow at a speed of 30-40 km per hour.

While on one hand people have got relief from the heat due to rain, on the other hand, difficulties have increased for those people who had to go anywhere from their homes in the morning. Due to rain, people faced some difficulties in starting their journey.

Change in weather may also be seen in the states of Punjab and Haryana adjacent to Delhi. Here too there is a possibility of hailstorm from March 15 to 19. Yellow alert has been declared for both these states also.
