What are the changes in blood pressure in space?

Due to lack of gravity in space, the blood does not pull down the blood, causing blood to accumulate in the head and upper body.

The effect of this is that diastolic blood pressure i.e. the bottom pressure increases slightly. Some passengers start feeling heavy due to this.

The blood pressure becomes uniform, it also affects the heart, due to which it slowly works less and controls blood pressure.
