All were produced in the District Court of Shimla and a case was registered against 15 Delhi Police personnel.

Court sent all three accused on transit remand

The three arrested Youth Congress workers are not residents of Himachal Pradesh but were hiding in Rohru, Shimla after the protest. The three Youth Congress workers Saurabh, Arbaaz and Siddharth were produced before the magistrate at around 1:30 in the night.

Delhi Police produced Saurabh Singh (Amethi, Uttar Pradesh), Siddharth Avdoot (Tilak Nagar, Madhya Pradesh) and Arbaas Khan (Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh) in the court. The ACJM court has handed over the three accused to Delhi Police on transit remand. Now Delhi Police will take the accused to Delhi and present them before the magistrate there. Delhi Police said that a media briefing will be held on Friday regarding the matter.
