The victim woman has said that Chhangur and her operatives have converted thousands of women. The Chhangur gang made the women a victim of exploitation. When the matter was revealed, many women went back to the temple and recited and returned home in Sanatan Dharma. However, shortly after this, the woman started receiving threatening calls.
The victim said that “after returning home, she received a WhatsApp call from a Saudi number and threatened that the 15 people who have returned home and will first take you above this world. See you, see you, your yogi saves or Modi saves you.” The woman has also accused the Chhangur gang of gang rape, burning cigarette and blackmailing the video. The victims have demanded them to give justice and hang them.
Chhangur connection with Moradabad
On the other hand, Chhangur Baba’s Moradabad connection has also come to light. From 2020 to 2024, Chhangur Baba threatened a person named Danveer on complaining to the Muslim shopkeepers who took illegal possession. Danveer had complained to the Social Welfare Department Minister Asim Arun, who arrived at a program on 7 October 2024, and complained to him. Danveer had complained in the complaint letter of illegal possession of people from Muslim community at 80% of 35 government allotted shops, since then he has been threatened.
No action took place
On 07 October 2024, when Social Welfare Department Minister Aseem Arun came to Moradabad, Danveer wrote a clearly in a letter that he was threatening to withdraw the complaint since 2020, Chhangur Baba Maulana, resident of Balrampur Uttaraula. According to Danveer, he was also threatened by calling from Pakistani number. At the same time, he is also threatening to separate from the head. But even after the complaint, there was no investigation in the matter nor any action was taken.
